Data Controller

The data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website is Dariusz Wojtała. Contact: wojtala.art@gmail.com.

What Data Is Processed

This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or any tracking scripts. The font used on the site is hosted locally rather than loaded from an external CDN, so visiting the site does not send your data to a third party for that purpose.

The hosting server records standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, browser) for security and diagnostic purposes, in accordance with the hosting provider's terms. These are not used for profiling or marketing.

Email Contact

If you send an email, your email address and message content are processed solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to follow up on the matter (e.g. a collaboration inquiry or print order). The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract, or a legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Messages are kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the matter.

Photographs on This Site

This portfolio includes artistic and street photography. Some photographs may show people as an incidental element of a larger composition (architecture, cityscape), consistent with Polish copyright law's treatment of a person appearing merely as a detail of a whole. If you recognize yourself in a photograph and would like to raise a concern or request its removal, please write to the address above. Every request is reviewed individually.

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated as the site evolves (for example, if online sales are introduced). The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
